Description:
For our client, a well-known pharmaceutical company in Basel, we are looking for a IT Business Analyst (m/f/d).
Responsibilities:
- Acts as liaison between Product Owner and the Scrum team(s)
- Works directly with the Solution Design Expert to align Business Requirements with IT outcomes
- Works with the Product Owner to understand and document requirements as user stories/requirements and epics and then drive alignment within the scrum team
- Responsible for capturing decisions and outcomes during requirements planning
- Support the backlog with input from Product Owner
- Responsible for ICAT Prep
- Experience in Patient Services, and with Salesforce, Confluence, are nice to have
