ABOUT THE ROLE

Our growing team is looking for an Senior IT Business Analyst for the Data Lab!

WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE:

• Analyze business needs to define IT solutions.
• Facilitate/participate in business needs specification workshops to specify IT solutions.
• Carry out impact analyzes, and effort estimates to recommend, have approved, then document the IT solution using effective methods and interacting with both business domain users and the IT project team.
• Support the development of solutions and technical analyzes carried out.
• Support quality assurance activities and acceptance testing.
• Support the “Product Owner” in defining and prioritizing the “backlog”.
• Document user stories so that they are understood by designers and the quality assurance team.
• Identify and communicate impacts on business processes to support change management in business units in a train-the-trainer
• mode.
• Build and maintain functional, robust, precise, and accessible documentation for all company stakeholders.
