• Keep contact with business colleagues, factories, app experts and vendors
• Gather, analyse and summarize business requirements
• Setting specifications based on business requirements
• Taking part into IT functional solution and design
• Support of processes starting from ordering phase until go-live. Controll of development phase.
• Estimation, budget and effort management
• Taking part into CBPR+ project
• Taking part into VIBER XML adaptation project
• Taking part into SWIFT Customer Security Programme project
