We are seeking a passionate IT Business Analyst with experience within compliance to join our growing team. As a key member of the product team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality and applying a risk-based approach when gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders in the business to understand their needs and translate them into clear and concise specifications for our development team. The position is based in Hellerup, Copenhagen.
You will be joining the Global Support Functions team consisting of 5 colleagues and 3 Student Assistants, and report directly to Lene Larsen, People Managerwho is also based in Hellerup, Copenhagen.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

You may hold a relevant IT academic degree or something completely different. Most importantly, you can analyze and visualize business needs and help deliver the solutions to those needs.

• To collect requirements from the business related to changes to existing systems or projects, and be able to translate these into User Stories (supporting our agile way of working)
• To ensure progress of the tasks at hand and the ability to reach out to stakeholders to collect input, as well as keeping track and ensuring overview of decisions
• To act as a Compliance Manager within the team, ensuring the documentation is fit for intended use to keep the system in a validated state
• To ensure Stakeholder Management by building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments. Facilitate communication and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
