OUR CLIENT IS A GOVERNMENT LINK COMPANY IN THE FMCG INDUSTRY. DUE TO BUSINESS NEEDS, THEY ARE NOW RECRUITING A IT BUSINESS ASSOCIATE TO BE PART OF THEIR IT TEAM FOR ONGOING TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE WEST – EASILY ACCESSIBLE.

Duties:

• Enhance operational management systems for front-end applications like point-of-sale projects.
• Streamline processes, implement new technology projects, conduct user acceptance testing, and manage stakeholders.
• Develop standard operating procedures and training materials.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Business and Marketing or Business Info Systems
• Experience or knowledge in the continuous improvement process (required to involve some UAT), project management and stakeholder management
