Responsibilities:
- Monitoring PLM infrastructure and responding to problems to ensure product availability to users: hosts, network, services, licenses;
- Work on user requests in 2nd and 3rd line support, with global scope of use;
- Reporting of incident key performance indicators;
- License management and usage reporting for PLM applications across our portfolio
