Responsibilities:

  • Define and deepen business needs in collaboration with the company’s stakeholders;
  • Analyze, model and document business processes;
  • Explain the business context and the impact of projects on the organization’s processes;
  • Helps explain the impact of complex problems and teams up with other colleagues and partners to find the best solution to problems;
  • Present concrete and effective solutions adapted to the needs of internal customers;
  • Advise and assist business teams with a view to improvement and innovation;
  • Help identify ROI for different initiatives;
  • Document analyses, possible solutions and impacts;
  • Ensure the link between the various stakeholders, internal and external, and the IT department;
  • Participate in quality control activities and unit and integrated testing;
  • Participate in the preparation and dissemination of training content for users;
  • Participate in quality assurance for deliverables produced by service providers and team members;
  • Proactively document solutions, processes, concepts and lessons learned from our experiences;
  • Collaborate with analysts and support teams to document, prioritize, and resolve issues;
  • Communicate effectively with non-technical staff and team members;
  • Perform all other related tasks
