Description:
Responsibilities:
- Build & Own Small Molecules Analytics & Formulations strategy implementation and related projects within Crop Protection
- Act as Business Product Owner for digital process excellence, managing data within SMol functions and liaising with IT platforms and service providers
- Develop and coordinate the roadmap for SMol Analytics & Formulations, fostering harmonization and efficiency across functions & teams
- Ensure compliance of workflow and planning tools with regulations and guidelines, including GLP principles and Bayer IT security guidelines incl. Controlled Data
- Coordinate, prioritize and steer full Digital project portfolio inclusive value cases of relevant data science activities/projects with x- indicational responsibility
- Interface with stakeholders in SMol Analytics and Formulation Technologies & IT to drive prioritized projects and implement best practices
- Serve as the key liaison with partners, in SMol or other CS functions, to ensure alignment and prioritization of initiatives
- Collaborate closely with IT functions and align with SMol data governance to shape the future data and system landscape
