Description:

Are you eager to broaden your competence in a global setting? At Sandvik Group Treasury we’re now looking for a detailed and collaborative IT Business and System Process Professional – someone with a background in finance or economics, and an interest in the field of IT. Does it sound like you? Read more!
Some words about us
Sandvik Group Treasury, included in the Sandvik Group Finance organization, is responsible for supporting our global business in managing all types of financial exposures and transactions. We work with all companies within the broader Sandvik Group, providing and supporting systems for payments, trade finance, internal invoicing, netting of internal payments, FX and money market deals.
Your mission
In this role, you work to ensure world-class support, maintenance, and continuous development of our business processes and systems, both from a finance and IT perspective. With your understanding of business needs, you ensure that problems are solved while also supporting and guiding your stakeholders to success.

Diving into detail, your responsibility includes:

  • Coordination of all system-related changes from relevant stakeholders.
  • Establishing requirement specifications and directives for development and maintenance of relevant systems.
  • Operational IT support towards business key-users and other stakeholders.
  • Signoff on acceptance testing.
  • User education and user documentation.
  • Review, update and take responsibility for our external and internal ITGC controls.
  • The internal payment process.

You report to the Manager of Treasury Intragroup Services. The location for this job is Sandviken or Stockholm and we offer the possibility to work part-time remotely.
Your background and character
We’re looking for someone with a couple of years’ experience in finance, economics or IT – you understand Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and have excellent skills in Excel. It’s a plus if you also have knowledge in Power BI and payment processes. To truly succeed in this role, you need an interest in, or some experience of, working with IT. As we’re a global business, you need to speak and write English and Swedish fluently.
Your personality is what makes the difference, characterized by your great networking skills. You combine this with a general curiosity, detail-focus, and business-mind. You have the ability to switch your focus between minor details and the bigger picture, and your agile ways help you when handling ad-hoc situations. You’re flexible and thrive in an ever-changing setting with a good variety of tasks. You have a sense of acting quickly and enjoy a broad and dynamic role.
Our culture
Our role is clear – through every action, every day, we make the shift and advance the world through engineering. We believe in an inclusive, equal and open-minded culture, and we nurture our diversities to form a solid foundation for achieving great results. Add fair and rewarding benefits, as well as many different career options. Are you intrigued? Visit our
