MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related fields (concluded)
• Experience as a developer and/or systems analyst; soliciting business requirements, story grooming, writing acceptance criteria.
• Experience as a member of an Agile software development team
• Ability to generate hi-level requirements and understanding of the business process workflow.
• Advance English Level
• Submit resume in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience developing, supporting, and maintaining healthcare systems.
• Demonstrated experience in systems analysis, SDLC, change management, and requirements gathering.
• Experience in a Medical Device or Regulated Industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Boston Scientific is seeking an experienced resource to support delivering strategic initiatives supporting the Global Clinical IT team. In this role, the individual will be a Business Analyst (Product Team Member) aligned to a business capability in enabling PreClinical trials and systems. This individual should have demonstrated prior experience as a member of an Agile team and be highly motivated with excellent analysis and execution skills. In this position, teamwork and networking with business partners and cross-functional IT team members is a necessary skill.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Knowledge/Experience in administration and troubleshooting software.
• The ability to gather business requirements, write test scripts, and perform testing as needed within applications/systems.
• Configure software as needed for new users/enhancements.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies
• Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience documenting and developing within a regulated industry.
• Exceptional organizational & time management skill
• Helps with solution design of business requirements and works with the business, technical team, and architects to prioritize business requirements.
• Provides support on issues during development and validation cycles.
• Attends all team events as required or needed.
• Leverage technology systems to support the company’s success and overall goals.
• Manage application interconnectivity and system integrations, capable of learning rapidly to fill any knowledge gaps.
