The Reserve Bank of Australia is embarking on a Core Modernisation program which involves a major upgrade of core technology infrastructure. We are seeking a Change Manager to lead the IT infrastructure change and engagement stream for a 2 Year Fixed Term Salaried Contract. This role sits as part of a larger Engagement and Readiness team, and you will work closely with the Senior Program Manager and other stream change resources.
You will play a pivotal role in driving successful change initiatives with a focus on technology outcomes. As part of the Enterprise Change Practice, you will be responsible to develop and execute end to end change deliverables.
Working closely with the project and delivery teams, you will tailor plans to address the unique needs and challenges faced by employees and the business during this large transformation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Creation of the stream focused change strategy and plans to align with the overall program strategy.
  • Develop and execute change interventions, that have been developed from your robust assessment of the current state.
  • This is complex change environment where you will be heavily involved in the design and implementation of change and work closely with senior stakeholders across the Bank.
  • Execution of appropriate activities to maximise adoption of the change.
  • Excellence in your presentation, communication and delivery of learning solutions is critical.

Your Background

  • The program is technology driven therefore prior experience on a large-scale technology project would be highly advantageous. Project and people engagement related change experience, ideally around 5 years
  • Experience leading teams in hybrid environments, knowledge and exposure to agile ways of working is highly desirable.
  • A change professional who Identifies and analyses problems using a logical, systematic, sequential approach; weighs relevance and accuracy of information; seeks/generates and evaluates alternative perspectives/solutions.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, operating at a high level of communication.
