Job Description:
This position is responsible for driving growth of the Digital Partner Account of Secure Power Division. The role would involve management of the relationship with existing partners to maximize profitability and revenues within the digital partner channel as well as developing strategies for channel and market share growth leading with our EcoStruxure SW Platform which will help to pull additional sales leveraging the full portfolio of Secure Power to complete solutions needs for customers.
Secure Power Software business model includes Core Software (Licenses), Netbotz, Network Management Cards and Software Services. The rest of the Secure Power portfolio of products including Transactional & Edge Offers (1ph UPS & Racks) and Systems Offers (3ph UPS, PDU and Cooling) are available to complete full solution offerings through Partner Accounts being developed.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Software / Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record in managing partner or account relationships that are based in developing and delivering software offers and product and solution offerings.
  • Software sales experience
  • Data Centers experience

  • Experience in finding business partners, support onboarding and manage new partners Supporting business partners selling in B2B environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and successfully execute sales strategies to exceed the sales and profitability targets on the IT Channels
  • Create, manage, and track specific business plans/actions through regular meetings and reviews with target partners
  • Maintain active relationships with Digital Partners. Negotiate discrepancies between customer’s and Schneider Electric’s expectations.
  • Manage conflicts: Address partner related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner.
  • Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricings.
  • Work closely with relevant functional leaders (Product Management, Business Development, Marketing, Customer Care Center, & Pricing Teams) to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
  • Identify New Product Introduction and business development needs to penetrate new markets.
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address end user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary Schneider Electric team members and partner resources.
  • Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements.
  • Proactively recruit new qualifying partners.
  • Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
  • Secure full visibility and ensure progress of pipeline evolution on all opportunities being developed with the Digital Partner network.
  • Provide feedback regarding market trends, pricing and competition to commercial operations
  • Use of Schneider Electric internal tools to deliver highly accurate forecasts that identify revenue and timing of all projects, resulting in a qualified pipeline of prospects and detailed input.
  • Assist product launch processes. Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to distributors and partners.
  • Maintain strong cross business selling initiatives.
  • Partner with Distributors to plan strategies, provide quality service, train customer’s personnel, and provide support necessary for attainment of customer’s goals and objectives.
  • Timely submit management reporting and present business results to Cluster and Zone management team.
