For our top modern, redesigend Head office in Zurich-West, we are looking for as soon as possible, for an ambitious person to actively support our core IT operations and international teams.
The IT Cloud Engineer is responsible for running our organisation’s IT infrastructure and supporting a dynamic team of international colleagues. Working heavily with Microsoft cloud technologies, you will play a critical role in evolving and simplifying our systems, diagnosing and isolating issues, implementing solutions and driving efficiencies across the organisation.

YOUR SKILLS

• A higher/further education background in an IT related field, or similar industry experience in an IT operations / administration / support role
• A good understanding of Cloud technologies and concepts
• A native German speaker with business proficiency in English (min. B2-level)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proactivity and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail orientated with a high degree of organisational skill
• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and tools in an enterprise setting
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure, M365, Microsoft Teams are beneficial
• Experience with automation and scripting
• Passion for learning and innovation

• Collaborate across our business units to scope and deliver internal IT projects
• Support end-users and stakeholders
• Manage and support internal IT systems and infrastructure
• Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets
• Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new cloud technologies/ solutions
