Description:

Mars Digital Systems LLC is looking for Sales and Service co-ordinator with following expectations :

Looking for a female candidate as Sales support to deliver the below duties:

  • Prepare & send Performa Invoice to Customer for Advance Payments.
  • Liaise with Customer & Logistics team for delivery
  • Prepare Shipment file, finalize order with Sales team and send to Freight forwarder for processing the order and Prepare Delivery note.
  • Quarterly Stock Reconciliation for all GCC countries
  • Monitor charges for customs duty and VAT.
  • Check on the credit terms assigned to the Customer and make necessary follow-ups.
  • Give Payment Collection Confirmation to Sales and Finance.
  • Share Daily Sales reports with Management.

Service Support

  • Managing customer service calls
  • Assigning calls to field engineers
  • Managing inventory of spares and stocks
  • Preparing daily service reports
  • Co-ordinating with vendors’ service team
  • Willing to learn any service requirements

Experience managing IT service management is added advantage.
Joining is immediate.
Location : Jebel Ali Industrial Area 1
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jebel Ali: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • customer service: 2 years (Required)
