Responsibilities:
ROLES & OBJECTIVES
As an Intern you will be part of our IT Department for Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A. and will be reporting to the Manager IT Connectivity Product Factory. The position will be based in Bologna (Crespellano).
In your role, you will join the IT Connectivity team supporting multiple processes for IoT management. You will refine demand for IoTs with different stakeholders and product owners. You will also actively monitoring IoT fleet, connecting with different IT and business stakeholders.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- IoT delivery, installation, patch management, log management and security reviews
- Manage efficiently requests for speeding up or delaying schedules for intervention and deliveries
- Managing different IoT suppliers, performing compatibility test and performance reviews / quality comparisons
- Collect feedback about IoT fleet performance from product owners and users so as to bring necessary changes
Who we’re looking for:
- Degree in Engineering, computer science or related fields
- Literacy in Office Suite
- Fluent in English and in Italian
- Capability to work in analytical mode, with data and the right amount of detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment with multiple priorities and drive results.
- Basic Network knowledge (TCP/IP, firewalls)
- IoT basic knowledge
- Linux basic skills
