As an Account Manager/Consultant, you will become an integral part of our mission to improve healthcare safety and quality in Germany and beyond:

We are looking for candidates who are committed to making a difference in the healthcare industry by providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates should have:
- Degree in IT, computer science, business informatics, a related field or equivalent IT training.
- Initiative, excellent self-organization, assertiveness and flexibility.
- Willingness to visit our customers in Regensburg/Bamberg, among others
- A background in implementing software projects (HR software) would be advantageous
- Experience in conducting user workshops (planning, leading and taking minutes of meetings) would be advantageous
- Problem-solver mentality
- Good written and spoken German (C1/C2 Level) skills
Responsibilities:
As a consultant in one of our consulting teams, you will play an important role in the implementation of RLDatix software products for our German Customers.
Your tasks will include
- Team work and independent project management, maintenance of our software products and follow-up support
- Creating and implementing customer-specific solutions
- Implementation, installation and documentation of our software solutions
- Contact person for customers
- Carrying out training courses
