As an IT Customer Support Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing technical facilitate and assistance to our internal customers. You will be accountable for troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and applications. You will report directly to our Sr IT Supervisor and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi, MX location on a on-site work schedule.

- Providing timely and effective technical facilitate to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshooting network engage problems and assisting with network configurations.
- Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions.
- Documenting and maintaining accurate records of facilitate tickets and resolutions.
