QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Business System Analyst or Technical Product Owner role, with a focus on Credit Management or Risk solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in system analysis & design (SAD) methodologies and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience with requirements management tools and methodologies (jira).
  • Ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and presentation materials to support the decision making of executives.
  • Proficient with Tableau, Power BI.
  • Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases and API design and integration.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies (Azure) and automation tools (e.g., RPA) is a plus.
  • Understanding of Lending, Credit Management domain or Risk domain knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for innovation and a desire to continuously improve processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business System Analyst to join our dynamic Corporate Banking and Credit Management technology team. You will play a crucial role in gathering business requirements, writing user stories, designing and implementing effective technology solutions, and driving product roadmaps for our systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements to define user stories and functional specifications.
  • Design, develop, and implement new and enhanced Credit Management solutions using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Manage the product roadmap for assigned Credit Management systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments (IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, data) to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials for new system implementations.
  • Stay current with industry trends and innovations in Credit Management technology, recommending and implementing new technologies to enhance the bank’s competitive advantage.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management, influencing strategic decisions and driving business growth in the Credit Management domain.
