IT Delivery Manager CEE

This key leading role ensures the proper execution of local IT development, application operation and maintenance of local solutions, business intelligence, integration, and project management activities in line with the general AXA Partners IT strategy and CEE specific demand.

• Accountable for CEE IT Application Strategy, Solution Delivery and Implementation of AXA Partners Strategy in the scope and responsible for a 1M€ BAU (without rebilling) and local Projects budget
• In charge of teams consisting of business analysts, application support specialists and relevant external resources incl. business intelligence - up to 15FTEs (Prague office, Ostrava office and suppliers colleagues)
• Key role as a IT Business Partner primary to Operation Depatment (Callcenter and backoffice) as well as member of the AXA Partners DevOps community
• Lead and drive IT transformation in his/her scope, partnering closely with CEE business stakeholders (Business Partner expecially
• Coordinate, steer, and communicate activities, resources, quality of service, and costs to achieve assigned goals
• Supervise BAU tasks including operations, solutions, and 1st line security
