PREFERRED SKILLS

  • 2/3 years of experience working in front of customers, following projects.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills:
  • ServiceNow experience: Beginner
  • Previous experience working in an enterprise IT Service Management environment is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in English.
