As a key player in our IT department, you’ll be the go-to expert for our desktop users, providing top-notch support for computer hardware, applications, and software. Your days will be filled with exciting tasks like troubleshooting issues, coordinating system upgrades, deployments, and managing part replacements. Responsibilities:

Set up, configure, and deploy workstations to company standards, ensuring a smooth start for all users
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on a variety of devices, from desktops and laptops to monitors, printers, and peripherals—be the tech hero!
Manage manual and automated software installations, deployments, and updates, keeping our systems running smoothly and efficiently
Create basic scripting and workflow automation to enhance efficiencies in our systems and processes
Oversee Windows updates and data backups, safeguarding our valuable data and ensuring system reliability
Provide timely and exceptional end-user support, making a real difference in the day-to-day operations of your colleagues
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of systems and spare parts, ensuring we’re always prepared for any situation
Ensure ISP and network issues are resolved quickly, minimizing downtime and keeping everyone connected.
Provide regular status updates on support requests and tasks, keeping everyone informed and in the loop
Create procedure documents and step-by-step guides to empower and educate users on IT-related items

What Makes you Stand out:

  • Hold a degree in Information Technology or a related field, ideally with a focus on Networking, Security, or Programming
  • Bring at least 2 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware/software issues and delivering exceptional IT support
  • Showcase your organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively both online and in-person, making complex technical concepts easy to understand for non-technical users
  • Be a fast learner with a knack for creative problem-solving
