REQUIREMENTS:

  • Basic computer hardware knowledge

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers at the service center
  • Provide support and service for IT hardware, including PCs and laptops
  • Update customers on the status of their service requests promptly
  • Manage and track parts handling and movement accurately
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Install operating systems, firmware, and BIOS
  • Manage and resolve assigned tickets, ensuring proper tracking
  • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and close them in a timely mannerParticipate in training sessions for new products
