The IT Developer/Analyst II will develop new applications, support, and enhance existing proprietary applications and cloud applications according to the business needs of the organization. Job duties include:

• Communicate with Business Analyst/Project manager and other business stake holders to get clear understanding of the requirements.
• Automate the organization’s business process by following system development lifecycle steps.
• Research potential programming needs and required programming languages.
• Provide and propose creative design for the solution.
• Provide estimated work hours to complete the development.
• Design and create database.
• Design and create applications integration.
• Write code with industry accepted coding methods.
• Create reports.
• Write system development documentations.
• Test the solution before handing it over for User Acceptance Testing.
• Deploy the solution according to the project plan.
• Keep on supporting the applications for issues or enhancements.
• Keep track of tickets and provide solutions through the support ticketing system.
• Mentor more junior staff members.
• Other duties as assigned.
