• Integration of semiconductor production equipment into the CIM landscape with standard protocols which are common in semiconductor manufacturing industry
• Preparation of specification documents for introduction of new equipments, acceptance testing and final handover to customer in the production area in cooperation with international suppliers
• Gathering new requirements from production, design of processes and data structures, implementation of designed concepts, execution of acceptance tests, documentation, training and introduction of the systems together with customer
• Maintenance and optimization of CIM applications and systems which are working together for the automation of machines in semiconductor production
• Ensuring 24x7 production by monitoring running systems
• Reestablish operational readiness of systems by promptly resolving problems that arise, including root cause analysis and sustainable elimination through system optimization
• Support of process engineers in improving factory productivity by preparing and enriching data collected by the systems and making this data available for further processing
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eines vergleichbaren technischen Studienganges mit Schwerpunkt Automatisierung
• Erfahrung mit Netzwerkprotokollen und Standards aus der industriellen Fertigung wie TCP/IP, ProfiBus, OPC UA. Kenntnis von Standards speziell aus der Halbleiterfertigung wie SEMI E5, E10, E30, E84 von Vorteil
• Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Industrie 4.0, IT-Datenmodellierung, Requirements Management und Software-Entwicklung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
• Erfahrung mit Methoden und Lösungen zur Vernetzung von Softwaresystemen notwendig
• Kenntnis von Methoden und Systemen zur Sicherstellung und Steigerung der Effektivität und Robustheit von Fertigungsprozessen (Advanced Process Contol)
• Analytische, selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Hohes Maß an Kommunikations- und TeamfähigkeitSehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Successfully completed degree in computer science or a comparable technical course with a focus on automation
• Experience with network protocols and standards common in industrial manufacturing such as TCP/IP, ProfiBus, OPC UA. Knowledge of standards specifically from semiconductor manufacturing such as SEMI E5, E10, E30, E84 is an advantage
• Profound professional experience in the field of Industry 4.0, IT data modelling, requirements management and software development in a manufacturing company
• Experience with methods and solutions for integrating software systems in an enterprise is expected
• Knowledge of methods and systems for ensuring and increasing the effectiveness and robustness of manufacturing processes (Advanced Process Control) expected
• Analytical, independent and goal-oriented way of working
• High level of communication and teamwork skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
