As an IT (ERP) Project Manager, you will oversee ERP project management across the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. You will manage internal teams and external system implementers to select and deliver the best-fit solution for business requirements.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE:

• Strong experience in managing ERP projects across their entire lifecycle, from implementation to post-launch support.
• Expertise in SAP/Enablon/PlanOn or other ERP systems.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2) and tools.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project quality management.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, while delivering on time and on budget.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

• Lead and manage ERP projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timeline and budget requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for solution/vendor selection to meet business needs.
• Manage ERP application teams and resources, ensuring efficient operations.
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently, providing strategic direction for large-scale, high-risk initiatives that span multiple business units.
• Enforce adherence to project management methodology, providing mentorship and conducting project reviews.
• Ensure projects align with quality management principles and industry best practices.
• Provide clear and effective communication with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Manage risks, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions that enhance project delivery.
• Work closely with teams to develop and manage project processes, controls, guidelines, and templates.
