WHAT YOU BRING

We are looking for someone who takes the initiative, is persistent, and remains curious. We are looking for you if you have the following qualities:

• High ability and willingness to work under pressure, even on ad-hoc tasks.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Open working style and openness to new ideas.
• Fluent English and German language skills oral and written.
• Programming knowledge in SAP Fiori or other programming languages is a big plus.
• Willingness to travel and work on weekends is essential.
• 2+ years of professional experience in IT and networking.
• 2+ years of professional experience in event support/event management.

As a member of our team, you will:

• collaborate with our SAP marketing teams to plan and provide technical support for small SAP meetings and events.
• install and operate the IT infrastructure for events (notebooks, servers, mobile devices, tools, and meeting technology).
• support the IT project manager for the respective events.
• produce and support MS Teams live events and host Zoom meetings/Zoom webinars for internal and external audiences of any size.
• reflect on your work and help your team continuously improve our services.
• ideally, program and further develop internal tools for planning and managing events and event equipment or IT services.
