Mainly the IT Expert (all gender) Customer Service Applications will be responsible for the setup, global rollout, further development and organization of the operation of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud as a worldwide B2B store system, as well as innovative sales apps at KWS.
The vacancy will be filled for an unlimited period of time and on a full-time basis. Your workplace is at our HQ in Einbeck, Germany.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the further development as well as the country rollouts of KWS’ own Salesforce Commerce Cloud, as well as various direct ordering and B2B ordering solutions
  • Furthermore, you will coordinate the development processes and contribute your own innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the projects
  • You optimize the technical interfaces to other IT projects of the KWS Group (SAP ERP, myKWS, Digital Services, mobile applications, etc.)
  • You manage external implementation partners to further develop the applications
  • You support the clients and product owners in the context of requirements management
  • In doing so, you align the project goals with the KWS-wide defined IT strategy and strategic priorities
  • You will also support compliance with and monitoring of functional KWS-wide guidelines, standards, rules and manuals
  • Specialist departments will find a competent contact person
