Description:
PFH Technology Group is seeking an IT Field Engineer to join our
collaborative working team in Dublin.

Some Desired Technical Experience:
- Windows Server (All OS) essential
- Desktop / Laptop hardware skills
- Service hardware technologies
- Microsoft Hyper-V
- Excellent knowledge of Office 365
- Microsoft Apps (Teams, SharePoint, One Drive)
- Active Directory User, Group and Permission Management
- TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls (SonicWALL), VPNs
- Familiar with backup software and solutions (Veeam, Arc Serve
Responsibilities:
- Providing L2 Support onsite to our clients
- Meeting our SLA’s by resolving Ticketing and Service requests
- Working closely with the client’s IT Team on-site
- Take personal responsibility for ensuring an excellent relationship with
the client
- IT problem solving and communicating with non-technical clients
Some Desired Technical Experience:
