Responsibilities:

Exciting opportunities have arisen within IT at ML, and we are looking for Field Engineers to join the IT Team on a Permanent basis .
The role primarily is to support IT services for both internal and external clients supporting existing services and technologies.
The ideal candidates will have In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating systems and MS Office Suite. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with excellent communication skills, hand’s on experience in desktop technologies. The successful candidates should have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a very dynamic environment coupled with commitment to provide an efficient and effective service.

The post is primarily based in Shropshire with a requirement to travel across both ML and Clients where required, Driver with own vehicle is essential and be able to work flexible hours with the possibility of weekend work and offer Out of Hours support.
As a successful applicant you will have operational experience of working in an ITIL based IT operations environment, essentially within an IT infrastructure setting.
You must have a methodical, yet flexible approach to your work and be able to exercise responsible judgment alongside being well organised and highly motivated.
You will need to have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a very dynamic environment coupled with commitment to provide an efficient and effective service is essential.
Knowledge of working within the NHS and its systems would be beneficial but not essential.
