The role
As an IT Support Analyst, you will be:
- Providing first line support, answering phone calls and monitoring help desk system, dealing with basic issues and escalating other calls to the appropriate person.
- Setting up new starters and following leavers procedures
- Configuring end user machines from an image and testing
- Carrying out routine maintenance tasks as required
- Performing troubleshooting and collection of information for effective internal escalation
- Maintaining a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
- Taking ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
- Dealing with basic meeting room IT requirements.
- Logging all calls on the call logging system and documenting solutions
