• Maintains an inventory of inter- and intra- company agreements for services provided by the CTO area, their related services and associated key performance indicators.
• Orchestrates consultancy contracting within the CTO area and ensures contracting is appropriately managed according to prevailing processes throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Coordinates business continuity management topics within the CTO area, prepares unit recovery plans for selected departments.
• Tracks execution of disaster recovery testing for applications and subsequent reporting.
• Monitors and manages audit findings to ensure timely resolution
• Supports the execution of risk assessments by gathering data and preparing reports.
• Track and associate vulnerabilities, risks, and exceptions with their related applications to ensure comprehensive risk management and timely remediation.
• Contributes to the development of the CTO IS Risk Map, and management reporting for specific key performance indicators.
