Join us as an IT Governance Officer (1 Year Contract) based in our Luxembourg office
The IT Governance Officer should have a good understanding of IT governance, regulatory gap analysis, cybersecurity knowledge and project management.
Governance and Project Management:
- The candidate should have structured approach to carrying out gap analysis against regulatory text.
- Design and implement an oversight mechanism aligned to documented requirements.
- Facilitate the review and adoption of global policies and standards for legal entities.
- Design and produce management reporting.
- Project management of regulatory and infrastructure projects.
Risk Management:
- Work with IT and Risk colleagues to maintain and update the IT and Cyber Risk Framework.
- Track and report risk KPIs, open gaps and vulnerabilities as per regulatory requirements.
- Track oversight of third party arrangements in line with DORA requirements.
Skills Required:
- Stakeholder engagement.
- Project management.
- Relationship building.
- Ownership of assigned deliverables through to completion.
- Influencing change.
Qualifications:
- PMP or other industry recognized project management qualification.
- Degree in Information Technology or related subject.
- ISACA Certification will be an advantage.
- Experience in regulatory gap analysis and project management of regulation driven projects.
- At least 4 years of IT governance and risk frameworks.
