Meaningful & challenging - Your tasks
- Oversee central IT application management and inventory, ensuring end-to-end patch management, system functionality, and compliance
- Coordinate vulnerability management, acting as the primary liaison between the central IT department and business units
- Facilitate audit preparations, manage documentation, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
- Manage vendor relations with external eMobility service providers, maintaining service levels and optimizing delivery
- Define, monitor and manage Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for internal IT services, and evaluate external provider SLAs to identify and address any breaches
- Provide oversight for the Business IT Dashboard, patch and vulnerability management, and incident resolution for internal and external issues affecting systems

- Experience: Extensive experience in IT governance, including managing compliance, audit processes, and vulnerability management preferably in large enterprise organizations
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with patch management tools and IT security & governance frameworks
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of liaising between technical and business units effectively
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving complex technical challenges
- Project Management: Proven track record in managing projects within a complex and international setup
- Vendor Management: Experience in managing relationships with external vendors and ensuring compliance with SLAs
