ABOUT THE JOB

Here at Ardmac we pride ourselves on being the contractor of choice for great clients and the workplace of choice for great people. We are currently looking for an IT Help Desk Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality IT Support for the Ardmac Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues appropriately.
  • Ensure all service desk tickets are appropriately prioritised, categorised, and resolved within established service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Provide guidance and training to end-users on Ardmac’s software application suite.
  • Monitor workstation, server & application performance.
  • Provide management reports and updates as requested, these will be a combination of daily, weekly & monthly reports.
  • Deliver project related tasks and activities when required.
  • Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
