Description:
Our client needs an experienced Level 1 Helpdesk Support Analyst to join their team and assist with a range of duties and tasks, such as:
- Providing frontline support to staff for desktop support, troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Logging all requests for support and escalating any issues as required
- Setting up new users, including set up of hardware, log-ins, email accounts
- Handling administration surrounding inventory/stocktake, reporting
- Any other related duties required by the leadership team
Our ideal candidate:
- Can start immediately
- Is already located in the South Canterbury/North Otago area
- Is legally able to work in New Zealand
- Is suitably qualified, eg: has a degree or diploma in information technology
- Has proven experience in a similar role
- Prioritises the customer/user experience
- Has great written/oral communication skills
Technical requirements:
- MS Windows and MS Office applications
- Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows Server and MS Office 365
- Sharepoint, Vinware, RDS and SQL Server
- Ability to learn and become familiar with a range of modern IT systems running on various servers across WAN, VPN, WiFi, RDS, and Citrix connections
