We’re looking for an ambitious Helpdesk Engineer to join an esteemed MSP in Ringwood.
You’ll be embedded within a team of talented Engineers, a team whose core focus is the configuration of new client hardware, software, and the installation of new client systems/ servers. In short, this is a hugely varied position!

What you can expect in your day to day:

• End-to-end delivery of various IT projects, bringing new ideas to the table and ensuring seamless delivery.
• Apply your in-depth technical knowledge to tasks such as system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Effectively communicate project updates and technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement and contribute to the evolution of IT services.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Above all else we’re looking for someone who has a real aptitude and passion for all things tech. With that in mind, you’ll likely have:

• An understanding of the Microsoft Suite. 365, Azure, Active Directory etc
• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and support.
• A willingness to embrace new challenges, learn, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information effectively.
