THE IT HELPDESK PRINT ENGINEER APPRENTICE POSITION AT KRL PRESENTS AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR INDIVIDUALS PASSIONATE ABOUT TECHNOLOGY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This role is designed for those eager to develop their technical skills and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As an apprentice, you will work closely with a dedicated team, providing vital support to customers and engineers while learning the intricacies of print solutions and IT systems. Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT Help Desk Support: Offer top-notch support for customers and engineers by diagnosing and resolving print, scan, and software issues.
  • Assist with On-Site Installations: Participate in the installation of hardware on-site when and where necessary.
  • Software Update and Installation: Undertake the update or installation of software for both existing and new equipment.
  • Project Work: Engage in project work aimed at supporting business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • MPS System Support: Install and support Managed Print Services (MPS) systems used by KRL.
