The IT Helpdesk Technician is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. This position responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems, and determines and implements solutions. This role would report to the IT Director.

Requirements:

  • We are seeking a candidate with 1-3 years of IT support experience.
  • Associates Degree in Information Systems Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Customer service focused.
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Willingness to do what is necessary to get the job done.
  • Some local travel required between SEK offices.
  • Relevant IT certification(s) a plus.
