Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrate ability to deliver solutions through the team from problem definition, requirements elicitation, and impact analysis, development, testing and delivery on complex projects spanning multiple Finance and HR stakeholder communities. Must be able to coach and develop teams through this process.
  • Capable of communicating appropriate level of process and technical detail across different organizations and hierarchies
  • Ability to think creatively and recognize, develop and encourage creativity in others
  • Possess a solid understanding of Product Ownership, Agile, Lean and Scrum principles and build it in others
  • Strong understanding of either HR and/or incentive compensation business processes and how technology can enhance and improve these processes
  • Experience with ADP Vantage, Callidus, Oracle EPM as well as custom software applications or equivalent systems experience is needed
  • Minimum 3-5 years of management experience with business analyst, development or consulting experience in enterprise level solutions
  • Proficient in the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Human Resources, Business Management, MIS, or a related technical field
  • Previous experience managing project initiatives across multiple IT and business organizations
  • Good project management skills
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
  • Independent, self-motivated

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and promote WWT core values and best practices to a team of 5-10 located in the US and India
  • Grow and develop members of your team: understand their goals and work with them to achieve, hold regular and effective 1 on 1s, provide real-time coaching and engage in difficult conversations as needed, recognize and reward the right behaviors
  • Provide input into team members’ compensation, hire/performance improvement/fire decisions and promotions
  • Proactively identify and help solves issues as part of the Corporate Services delivery leadership team
  • Create and foster an atmosphere of mentoring, quality, diversity, collaboration and improvement by actively coaching your team members
  • Escalate and remove impediments from the teams to help them be as effective as possible
  • Work with the delivery team, architecture, infrastructure & operations and others as needed to provide innovative IT solutions to business challenges that align to the HCM and Incentive compensation strategy
  • Help with the on-going development and the support of existing business processes
  • Participate in the design of complex solutions, primarily within the Human Resource and Incentive Compensation domains
  • Provide functional and technical leadership while promoting delivery best practices and direction to team members
  • Hold the team accountable for meeting commitments while adhering to the organization’s quality, methodology, and architecture standards
  • Work as part of a leadership team along with Product Owner and Scrum Coach to drive efficient and effective value delivery
