1. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

2. TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and security principles.
• Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Knowledge of SaaS platforms and their management.

3. SOFT SKILLS:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

4. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous internship or work experience in an IT support or security-related role.
• Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems.
• Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts.
• Basic scripting or automation knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our IT & InfoSec team as an Intern. This role will focus on Corporate SaaS Management & Support, Employee Onboarding and Offboarding, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and User Support. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining the security and efficiency of our IT systems and ensuring seamless user experiences.
