Description:
Manufacturing company is hiring an IT Infrastructure Engineer to support high availability, maintenance, and evolution of products and services hosted on customer facing SaaS platform. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting remedy performance and issues on the platform, associated devices and applications, maintaining adherence to KPIs, taking appropriate independent actions to correct non-conformance in line with defined targets
- Maintenance of all hardware and software components of the platform
- Maintenance of all data and system backups and their lifecycle
- Execution, management, and resolution of incidents and platform generated events, managed through the internal ticketing system to provide high performance of customer satisfaction on the SaaS platform
- Development and maintenance of all platform related documentation, SOPs, installation and configuration procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and applications operations and support
- Experience in cybersecurity best practices including intrusion detection, firewalls, antivirus software, patch, and vulnerability management
- Proficient in MS SQL server operating system and database administration
- Experience with VMWare and Hyper-V
