IT Infrastructure Manager

Arcas Technology is partnered with a leading charity who are currently looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to join their business on a permanent basis.
You will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the organisation’s IT infrastructure to ensure its reliability, performance, and security. This role encompasses responsibility for hardware, software, networks, and security systems, providing dependable and efficient technology solutions for both internal and external stakeholders.

Experience:

• Information Technology: 1 year (preferred

• Designing and implementing robust IT infrastructure solutions.
• Managing and maintaining network and security systems.
• Monitoring and optimising system performance.
• Overseeing backups and disaster recovery processes.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of systems and processes.
• Collaborating with leadership to ensure IT infrastructure aligns with strategic goals and budgetary priorities.
• Providing guidance and support to IT operations staff, including 2nd and 3rd line support, to facilitate efficient issue resolution.
• Stepping in to provide support or cover for IT team members during absences or emergencies.
