La Terra Fina seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our Union City team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background and understanding of network administration
and systems management. This role is crucial to maintaining, optimizing, and ensuring the security
and stability of our IT infrastructure.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in network administration, system management,

and cloud services (Windows, Macs, Windows Servers, VMware, networking).

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud administration (ERP, SCM) is a plus.
• At least one technical certification (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA, CISSP, CISA, Security+,

Network+).

• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and cybersecurity best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and

collaboration skills.

• Experience with O365 administration and a passion for staying current with emerging

technologies.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Infrastructure Management & Support would be a plus
Salary:
$110,000 to $130,000

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Frequently requires a long period of sitting to perform essential job duties.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, pull, and lift up to 10 lbs.
