IT INFRASTRUCTURE TECHNICIAN

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing all essential IT support services to the company in a corporate environment. Administer IT Infrastructure and System Management.
• Team player in the implementation and support of new technologies and applications based on business needs, including ERP solutions.
• Manage / Track IT assets in the organisation, including software / services licensing that are installed onto the computerised system.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in active directory.
• Manage periodic maintenance programs of the IT infrastructure, including desktop PCs, file and print servers, storage, backup, telco, and networking, as well as security systems on door access and CCTV.
• Manage periodic backup, disaster and recovery program to ensure all systems are tested regularly to ensure recovery is well executed.
• Support day-to-day infrastructure for in-house activities and management
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring smooth execution.
• Maintain IT infrastructures both on premise and cloud: servers, network switches, wireless network at multiple offices.
• Lead project meetings, manage budgets and schedules, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop applications and infrastructure
• Assist in the systematic transfer of existing audit and risk assessment data to a new, more synchronize and accessible platform.
• Team player in the implementation and support of new technologies and applications based on business needs, including ERP solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT System Infrastructure Management experience and Cloud systems
• Strong in IT Infrastructure, Network, System Server experience.
• Technically strong in IT System, Windows, Server administration.
• Technically incline in hands on troubleshooting/ configuration and administration.
• Good working knowledge experience in implementation/maintenance of IT infrastructure
• Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience.
