• ERP experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Vendor Exposer Certifications or Trainings.
• Excel Trainings.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Strong Communication (Client Follow-up).
• Attention to Detail.
• Prioritization.
• Problem Solving.
• Teamwork.

What we need to see from you:

• Support to North American clients.
• Validated experience of costumer facing experience, preferably high capacity, interacting sales and management expectations.
• Understanding the customer lifecycle.
• High level English.
• Handle long term assignments and critical issues.
• ERPS systems knowledge (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics, Service Now

• Handling Customer communications, ensure happiness and stay on top of communication: Customer feedback - satisfaction.
• Case management and handling: Quotes (distributor differences).
• Develop the relationship with Accounts Managers, work closely with the sales team.
