POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Entry Level UCaaS Technician will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our UCaaS systems, with a particular focus on RingCentral and Microsoft Teams Calling. This role includes providing Level 1 IT support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with the setup and configuration of communication technologies. The ideal candidate will be eager to obtain further certifications and advance their career in the UCaaS and IT support fields.

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• MUST HAVE a basic understanding of UCaaS solutions and communication technologies, with a focus on RingCentral and Microsoft Teams Calling.
• Previous experience or coursework in IT support or technical support roles is advantageous.
• Familiarity with IT support tools, ticketing systems, and basic networking principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Current drivers license
