Job Description
General Purpose of Job:
Design and implement application systems and work continually to improve application through upgrades, expansion and other projects.
Essential Duties:

This job description is intended to cover the minimum essential duties assigned on a regular basis. Caregivers may be asked to perform additional duties as assigned by their leader. Leadership has the right to alter or modify the duties of the position.

  • Participate in analyzing, designing and implementing application systems.
  • Work to continually improve applications through upgrades, expansion, and other projects.
  • Trouble shoot application issues, identify root cause and work with customers to implement resolution
  • Execute small scale optimization related projects
  • Escalate issues to vendors
  • Develop test scripts for new functionality
  • Own sub-projects of larger projects led by intermediate and senior analysts

Job Requirements

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must achieve Epic certification or have completed assigned training courses and achieved demonstrable mastery of other application within 120 days of hire.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in math, computer science, engineering or other analytic field OR associates degree and 3+ years of professional experience.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Demonstrable and strong problem solving skills • Good written and verbal communications skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Professionalism • Desire for meaningful work and real responsibility • Customer service skills • Demonstrates ability to use a keyboard as may be required to perform the essential duties of the job.
