We are seeking an experienced IT Lead to join our team. You will be working with our cloud based technology and be responsible for shaping our IT infrastructure. You will be central in upcoming projects that include implementing a system to support remote work on powerful desktop computers with a secure RDP solution. You will also be conducting a full security audit including the implementation of an external security operations center. The role will be based in Copenhagen.

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • 8 years of experience within IT roles (Preferably some experience within the games industry)
  • Based around Copenhagen or willing to relocate
  • IdP knowledge - preferably OKTA (Migration experience is a big plus)
  • VCS understanding (preferably Perforce)
  • Productivity suite experience (Preferably Google Workspaces)
  • Network understanding (Cloud, VPN and Security)
  • Scripting experience (Python, Powershell, Bash)
  • Endpoint management experience (Windows, macOS, iOS and Android)
  • Experience supporting a remote work environment

Responsibilities:

  • Project planning, task management and assigning tasks to the rest of the IT team
  • High-level IT Support (Second in line, after our other two IT Administrators)
  • SaaS Administration (OKTA, Google Workspace, Jira/Confluence, Slack and many more)
  • Being the face of IT and announcing any changes & policies as well as handling communication with other leads and departments.
  • Security - Looking after Identity & Access management as well as Endpoint security and Network security
  • Economy - Overseeing & authorizing approvals for major purchases, negotiating deals with software vendors and ensuring that we are cost effective on software and hardware
