About this opportunity
We are looking for an IT Local Support Engineer for our office in Copenhagen. You will work closely with the Nordic IT team and colleagues in Europe coordinating and providing IT support services.
Main scope of the role
You have experience with Desktop Support, Windows 10/11, Office365, OneDrive, MS Teams, and Managed Service Provider experience. Furthermore, you have worked with:
SCCM (building computers via SCCM)
CISCO/click share VC systems
IPC/Pulse trading hardware configuration
Service Now ticketing system (manage inc, problem, change and asset inventory)
What you will do
As part of your daily work, you will be
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the site (this may be in person or over the phone)
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Perform proximity tasks, like change/replace/move network cable (patching work) in the technical premise, replace printer cartridge.
Provide necessary support for desk moves relocations and reorganizations.
Configure and setup user mobile devices, organize the delivery of these devices along with the associated support documentation and training.
Manage local inventory of hardware (laptop/desktop, phone), asset lifecycle support and administration, asset registration into the asset management system.
The technical environment includes:
Laptop/desktop : HP
LAN/WLAN: Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, Opengear.
Relevant experience and requirements
In addition to the technical requirements, you are:

Reliable and diligent
Have excellent communication skills
An eye for detail
The working language is English. You are fluent in English (written and spoken). A Scandinavian language is a plus.
Work will mainly be carried out within regular working hours. Work after working hours and during weekends might be requested to perform infrastructure changes.
Availability to travel in and or out of the country.
