Description:
What you can expect
IT Local Support Technician – for IMAC, field and local support, including deployment and release management.
What you’ll do
- Responsible for field IT issues on each of the Teleperformance sites;
- Resolution of tickets assigned by the IT Helpdesk (most complex cases or that resolution cannot be performed remotely);
- Responsible for deployment PCs (within the different project setups) and Laptops;
- Perform PC repairs within the processes and situations defined and interact with repair suppliers;
- Responsible for the following processes related to stock and Asset Management (incoming, processed, delivered and decommissioned PCs and Laptops);
- Implementation.
What you’ll need
- High Scholl degree (preferred in Technological field);
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, written and spoken (minimum B2);
- Good understanding of hardware and software installation and configuration;
- Experience using and troubleshooting applications;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft based operations systems;
- Knowledge of software distribution;
- Accustomed to using and troubleshooting mobile tools and applications;
- Achievement oriented and Analytical ability;
- Customer oriented, Interpersonal skills and Problem solving.
